POSTAGE AND PACKING

The jewellery you order will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper inside an organza gift bag or decorated box, and sent in a securely sealed padded bag.

For delivery within the UK
For orders under £100, there is a £3.50 postage and packing charge irrespective of the number of items. Items are sent first class by Royal Mail.

For orders £100 or over, the postage and packing charge is £7.50 - items are sent out by Next Day Special Delivery. This enables your item to be tracked throughout the delivery process, and requires a signature upon arrival. Guaranteed by the Post Office to arrive next day.

Next Day Special Delivery as an option for items under £100
Recommended for all one-of-a-kind items that contain handmade glass, as these cannot be replicated in the unusual event of them going astray. This option enables your item to be tracked throughout the delivery process, and requires a signature upon arrival. Guaranteed by the Post Office to arrive next day. The price is £7.50, an additional £4 on top of our standard delivery charge.

Please note that currently we can only send orders to addresses within the UK.

Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery, although I do try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, usually on the next working day.

If you are choosing a piece of jewellery as a special gift, then please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
