Do you belong to a social or community-based
group such as the W.I., Merched Y Wawr, Clwb Gwawr, Countrywomen's
Group, Church or Chapel Sisterhood? Then you are welcome to
contact me if you think your group would enjoy an evening
that's a little bit different to run-of-the-mill talks. I
am happy to come along to your meeting and talk - in Welsh
or English - a little about jewellery making, incorporating
the history, and social, religious and therapeutic significance
of beads, gemstones and jewellery. I always bring along a
varied selection of my hand-made pieces, so purchases may
be made that evening. Any fee or expenses that your group
would normally give to the speaker, I would ask to be donated
to the good cause of your choice.
