Please be aware that all the jewellery is
hand made by myself, and should be treated with care. To keep
your jewellery in good condition, avoid contact with substances
such as perfume and hairspray, and keep the items in a sealable
bag when not being worn, as constant exposure to air will
result in the silver tarnishing quickly. Keep them away from
young children as the beads could present a choking hazzard.
If you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact me as soon as possible, and I
will do my best to sort out any problems.
I offer a 12 month guarantee on my jewellery, allowing for normal wear. If repairs are
needed after 12 months, I am happy to undertake any work needed and will quote a price for such work.
Simply decide on your jewellery, click on
the "Add To Shopping Basket" box, where your purchases
will be stored until you decide to check out. All transactions
are hosted on a secure server, so you can be assured that
your card details will be protected.
I hope that you will be delighted with
your purchase, but in the event of you requiring a refund,
there are instructions on how to do this below.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You can cancel your order by emailing us or
notifying us by post using the printable
cancellation form up to 14 calendar days
after the date that you placed the order.
If the goods have already been dispatched you must return
them to us within 14 days of letting us know that you intend to cancel the

receive the returned goods. Your refund will be for the amount paid for the goods
and the standard delivery cost for the order (if paid). Extra delivery costs
such as next day delivery charges will not be refunded.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging and in the
same condition they were in when we dispatched them to you. You are responsible
for paying your own postage or shipping charges to return the item to us.
I recommend that you obtain proof of posting
when returning an item for a refund.
I'm afraid I cannot refund commissioned
items, or ones that have been altered to your specific size
I am also unable to refund earring purchases,
unless faulty, due to EU hygiene regulations.
Refunds will be made by the same method
as your original payment.
